Our cinnamon comes from the bark of Cassia cinnamon. It is harvested and sun-dried.
Its singular aroma is sweet and warm, with woody and spicy notes.
Cassia magnifies pastries, orange salads and fruit compotes. It also elevates savory dishes with sweet notes, in tajines, pastillas, stews, and vegetables. It perfumes mulled wine or rum-arrangé.
Once the package is open, we recommend that you keep the Cinnamon in a closed jar, protected from light and moisture, to retain its flavor and color.
